PM sneakers is a sneaker app that allows users to securely and quickly purchase products. The app interface was designed to be straightforward and easy to use, providing users with all the necessary information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.
Problem Statement
This project aims to develop a mobile app that simplifies the purchasing process for users who lack the necessary time to browse and buy in-store. The goal is to provide a straightforward, informative, and time-effective platform that allows users to purchase items securely and quickly, enhancing their productivity and satisfaction. The desired outcome is a user-friendly app that saves time, reduces the need to physically visit stores, and provides a more convenient shopping experience.
Users and Audience
The target audience for this product is individuals who love sneakers and shopping. The user research involved conducting interviews with a diverse group of individuals who fit this description. Additionally, the product is specifically designed to cater to busy individuals such as full time students and working parents.

Starting The Design
Sketching
Refined wireframe
Multiple design of the paper wireframes for the home screen were sketched. I then combined different elements from each sketch to find the best solutions.
Main Wireframes
Brief frame by frame user flow of the quick order process.

Usability study
After reviewing the digital wireframes and low-fidelity prototype. I came across a couple of remarks pointed out by users and testers.
Findings
1
Users don’t feel confident that their order is complete
2
Users struggle going back to previous pages
3
Lack of information when confirming order
Refining The Design
To work efficiently and manage a tight window for the release of the product, the findings were incorporated right away with the design of the mockups and hi-fi prototype.
Main Mockups
Adjustment
Finding #1 #3
To address the issue, additional order details were added for users to verify their purchase as well as a second pop-up to confirm the success of the order.

Finding #2
Users struggled going back to previous pages. To address the issue, a small back button was added to the bottom left side of the screen as well as a swiping function.

High-Fidelity Prototype
My hi-fi prototype followed the same user flow as the lo-fi prototype, and included the design changes made after the usability study.
